I Welcome Myself – Entirely and Completely

I welcome myself

I welcome myself – entirely and completely…

After I awaken every morning, I feel gratitude for my accomplishments and the person that I’ve come to be.

This affirmation reminds me to be thankful for the special qualities which make me who I am.

I acknowledge that accepting myself entirely and completely is a continuous project.

Occasionally, I may perhaps feel unsatisfied with qualities that I strive to improve on. However, that feeling does not stay with me very long simply because I remind myself that there is a whole lot more that I can celebrate about me and my life.

Whenever I’m unhappy with my weight, for instance, I avoid dwelling on that feeling. Instead, I Just question myself about what I am going to do about it.

I understand I always can get the outcomes that I want by putting in the work that it will take to get them.

I’m also finding out how to be content with what I already have.

My entire life and surroundings are really extensions of me – the outcome of doing the very best I can by using the gifts and challenges of my life’s journey.

Somebody else could well be ecstatic to have even a fraction of what I have!

Today, I look in the mirror and see a divine creation.
I decide to welcome the person who looks back at me because I am truly blessed.

Self-Reflection Questions:

1. What do I perceive when I look in the mirror?

2. Am I happy with who I am and the things I have accomplished?

3. How can I more fully welcome myself?
